Following the wonderful success of our inaugural event, Henley-in-Arden Memorial Hall is delighted to announce the return of our Regency Ball. Join us for an evening dedicated to fine dancing, elegant company, and the charm of a lovely local Country Ball, run just as rural events would have been in the early 19th century.
Set in the heart of Warwickshire, the historic market town of Henley-in-Arden, with its renowned mile-long High Street, timber-framed heritage, and independent coaching inns, provides the perfect picturesque backdrop for a day of Regency splendour. For guests wishing to extend their visit, the town offers a lovely array of overnight accommodation. The floor will come alive with a rich programme of dances called by Warwick Regency Dancers, accompanied throughout by beautiful live music from Mr Sayer's Players. From the first afternoon promenade to the final evening reel, it promises splendid company and a true immersion into the timeless elegance of the ballroom.

Date: Saturday, 17th April 2027
Venue: Henley Memorial Hall, Station Road, Henley-in-Arden, Warwickshire
Afternoon Workshop (included): 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm at the hall
Evening: Dancing commences at 7.30 pm (doors open at 7pm).
Food: A sweet and savoury buffet will be available during the interval.
To ensure ample floor space and comfortable sets for all our dancers, ballroom capacity will be strictly capped. Bookings are now open so we highly recommend securing your place early.
About The Experts Guiding Your Evening
The Warwick Regency Dancers (WRD) will provide the expert "calling" for the evening. They are a friendly group dedicated to the dances of the Late Georgian and Regency Periods, and they excel at making historical dance accessible and fun for total beginners.
