The Memorial Hall is run by Henley Memorial Trust - a CIO registered with the Charity Commission.

All of our funding comes from rental revenues, fundraising events run by our dedicated committee, grants and donors.

Keeping our 117 year old building energised, heated, maintained, and updated to the latest modern standards is an on-going job, one undertaken by our unpaid volunteers who dedicate their time to organising such works, applying for grants, and arranging fundraising events.

We aim to keep our private hire rental prices as competitive as possible for the benefit of our local community - and you can really help support this vital resource for the young through to old in our community.

We are currently fundraising to upgrade our legacy gas heating, which draws in cold air from outside, and replacing with a modern MHRV system that can maintain a comfortable temperate, warm or cool, year round, to donate you can go to our GoFundMe page:

Other plans include refurbishing our main toilet blocks, replacing the cisterns with more modern low-waster versions, as well as improving our accessible toilet facilities.
